Tony-A’ki™ started as a beef tip marinade and grew from there. If it was good on grilled beef tips, what about lobster? What about shrimp, chicken and on and on; we discovered that Tony-A’ki™ was great on anything! One of our best discoveries is the Tony-A’ki™ Chicken Chest Sandwich™. This sandwich is a 4oz chicken breast, marinated and grilled in Tony-A’ki™, glazed, then nestled in mayonnaise and snuggled in a toasted sesame seed bun.
